Return Policy
Damaged/Wrong Items
- Please contact our customer service center within 14 days after receiving your package.
- You can submit a return/refund request through ‘Contac us’ fill-out form on our website, https://thisiscape.com or simply email us at hello@thisiscape.com.
- Please prepare following information when you submit a request for return request.
- Order Number
- Pictures of damaged/wrong item
- All shipping fees for returns/exchange of damaged or wrong items will be borne by thisiscape.
- Please return items in their original condition with original packaging including free gifts if any and tags or labels. We may not be able to process your return if the any items are missing or not in their original condition.
- Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date.
Returned Items
- Unclaimed packages, which returned to thisiscape due to absence of address/wrong or insufficient address, will be not returned.
- Please double check your address and zip codes before completing the payment.
Ineligible Products for Exchange/Refunds
- The followings are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
- Change of mind
- Any items reported after 14 days from the delivery date
- Any items that show any signs of usage
- Any items that have been damaged by customer’s mistake or intention
- Any items returned without any prior notice or returned despite the return request denied by our customer service center
- Notice regarding customs tax from the shipping company may or may not be sent to the recipient, so not getting a notice cannot be regarded as a reason to get refund for returned parcel. Please keep following up with the tracking update and if customs clearance gets delayed, please contact local customs.
- Products color may appear differently depending on screen settings. No exchange or refund will be available for this reason.
Cancellation
- If you cancel your order before shipment proceeds, a full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- You cannot cancel your order that are already in shipping status. If your order has already shipped and cannot be modified, you may follow our return policy.
