No, there is no entry fee to enter the Challenge.
If my photo has higher number of Likes, do I have higher chance to win?
There will be higher chance to win if you have higher number of “likes” and/or “replies” on your photo that reflects various people’s interest, but the final decision will be made based on internal judging criteria which is not limited to number of likes or replies.
Can I take a photo at home? Or Should I take a picture outside?
You can take a photo anywhere safe as long as you have our beach towel with you.
What is the judging process? How will the winners be selected?
The evaluation of the Winners is conducted through earnest discussion among the internal judges.

Rules & Guidelines
1) These Rules and Guidelines are final on all matters relating to thisiscape® Become A Model Challenge (the “Challenge”). By applying, all entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Guidelines.
2) The host(“Challenge Host”) of this challenge is thisiscape® located in Seoul, Korea.
3) Entrants must submit name, nationality, and e-mail address through a Direct Message on Instagram within the Challenge Period to be eligible for valid entry. Any late submission after the deadline shall not be accepted.
4) Photos must be original featuring a real person and belong to the owner of the Instagram account who sent Direct Message, and there should be only one person present in the photo. Virtual images created by AI, etc. are not permitted.
5) Entrants must be 19 years or older (born in or before 2005), and the Winners will be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification and bank account information prior to the award to receive the cash prize.
6) Entrants must avoid places where dangerous or prohibited. Please pay attention to safety while taking photos.
7) Personal information collected from Entrants will be used to administer the Challenge and in connection with the publication of winning photographs. The Challenge Host will not share personal information relating to Entrants with any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Challenge or as may be required by law. The Challenge Host respects the privacy of everyone who enters the Challenge.
8) Entrants’ Instagram account must be set to “Public” during the Challenge Period in order to be entered to this Challenge.
9) Winners shall be requested to send their photos uploaded for this Challenge prior to the award. By registering and entering a submission in this Challenge, all Winners of this Challenge release their photo submission upon entering and grant the thisiscape® the right to use all photo submissions for marketing and promotional purpose on any media, advertising, and/or social channels without limitation or any notice, review, or consent.
10) Regarding this Challenge, Entrant(s) shall not post, distribute, or otherwise publish any content which may be libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable or which may constitute a civil or criminal offence, violate the rights of any party, or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law, as applicable.
11) If any misconduct is discovered during and after the Challenge Period, the Award may be revoked, and an alternate winner may be selected.
12) Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and email within 7 days before winner announcement. If potential winner does not respond within 7 days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
13) Winners are responsible for all taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize.
14) By participating in the Challenge, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Challenge Rules and Guidelines. In the event of any disagreement as to whether a person is an Entrant, a potential winner, or a winner, or as to the qualification of any Entrant, potential winner, winner to, or the adequacy of any prize or any substitute prize, the decision of the Challenge Host will be final.
15) The content of the Challenge can be modified to a small extent depending on internal circumstances.
16) This challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with, Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
